Welcome to another post.
This time I totally forget to post this underskirt I completed back in February.
This underskirt is dated 1901-02 and I altered it a little bit to match an outfit you’ll see in the next future.
The outfit has a long train and an heavy wool skirt which needs support.

I found that this underskirt isn’t enough and I’ll surely have to make another one, stiffer for sure.
But let’s talk about this project.

This underskirt is done with grey cotton. The black tulle was gathered on top.
The hem is reinforced with crinoline. I had to alter an original sewing patterns to have a longer train, which sadly isn’t long enough.
There’s no much to say since it’s a very simple and easy to make!

On my shop I uploaded the patterns (S-XXL) and a step-by-step tutorial.
