We cannot refund digital files due to their nature.

You may alter sewing patterns to fit your needs or body but you can’t resell them in any case.

Resell Laura Nicolin’s Creatures files are prohibited. No elements from the files may be resold.
Purchases do not transfer copyright.

You may sell the finished item giving credits to Laura Nicolin.

RETURN POLICY

We can accept returns and refunds for these items:

1. Ready-to-go items
2. Vintage clothing

Please read carefully the description in each listings where measures are written in order to avoid fitting problems.
We cannot accept refunds or returns in case the dress was already worn or it was damaged. Once the dress will be returned and we can verify it’s integrity we can refund you minus the transaction fees.

The shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.

SHIPPING

We ship via Poste Italiane (our local Post Office) or Private Courier. The item may take up to two/three working weeks to arrive to you. A tracking number will be attached once the package is on the way.
